Peak Sports Travel was founded by Erik Tilley after over 18 years in the travel industry working with tournaments and clubs across the country. We are dedicated to provide the best service, prices and technology platform to ensure we take all the stress out of the travel planning process to any sporting event. Our focus is to provide a one stop shop for every team’s travel needs. Coaches and team leaders will organize their team’s trip through our highly sophisticated system and we will provide a customized website for each specific group. Tournament organizers can partner with Peak Sports Travel to provide an exceptional travel experience for all teams coming out to their event.
Chief Executive Officer
Erik Tilley’s passion for sports started at the age of five while attending many sporting events at the University of Maryland, continuing through to graduation from the University of Maryland business school Magna Cum Laude with a marketing degree. He settled in Colorado and began working as a sales representative for Moguls Mountain Travel. Erik’s involvement with the Vail Lacrosse Shootout beginning in 1999 showed him how athletics and travel could be combined to produce the ultimate customer experience. Erik enjoys skiing, golfing, hiking with his dogs, getting on the water for a paddle on his SUP, attending music concerts, attending sporting events and enjoying the company of family and friends.
Shannon C Lofton
Director of Sales
Shannon has a deep passion for youth travel sports and has joined our team as Director of Sales.
Tyler Botsford bring years of experience in developing websites, operating systems and marketing plans within the travel industry to the Peak Sports Travel team. Tyler provides the company with direction to make sure we develop a top notch system to enable teams to organize/book all their travel details to an event.
Director of Hotels/Airlines
Kim has years of experience traveling with sports teams to tournaments around the country. Her two boys have played travel lacrosse from a young age. We are excited to have Kim on the Peak Sports Travel team helping us with negotiating hotel and airline contracts for our teams.
Natalie is a seasoned human resource and operations professional who brings her attention to detail and client-centric focus to Peak Sports Travel. As Chief Operating Officer, Natalie will focus her attention on ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly as well as providing guidance and leadership to ensure the best service to all clients. Natalie resides in Colorado but originates from Arizona. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Business from the University of Arizona.
Outside of work, you can find Natalie spending time with friends and family including her two daughters (Addie and Finley) and two golden retrievers or traveling around the globe.
