Southwest Airlines Group Flights

Deposit paid to secure the group is non-refundable and will be applied to the final amount due for the group. Once group is deposited and confirmed the total number of seats, the group is allowed to drop up to 10% of the number of seats deposited without any penalty until final payment and ticketing occurs. Any seats over the allowed 10% will lose the $50 deposit paid. Group must maintain at least 10 seats to qualify as a group.

Once final payment has been received and the group is ticketed, each group ticket is nonrefundable. Group Tickets are not eligible for upgrades, downgrades, standby, changes or exchanges. Group tickets are flight and date specific and can’t be used or exchanged for travel on other flights.

Names changes are allowed but must be received at least 72 hours prior to travel.

Sun Country Airlines Group Flights

Deposit paid to secure the group is non-refundable and will be applied to the final amount due for the group. United/American Group/Individual Flights

Group and Individual flights are non-refundable once ticketed and purchased. Changes are allowed with a $175 change fee but the any difference in fare will apply.

Landmark

Payment policy: Reservations require a deposit of the first nights’ room rate due at the time of booking to confirm your unit. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy: If the reservation is cancelled 8 or more days prior to the arrival date, any payments received will receive a refund less a $50 handling charge. 7 days prior to arrival the reservation becomes non-refundable.

Comfort Inn

Payment policy: $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your stay. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you book within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy: prior to 30 days of arrival will receive a full refund, once you are within 30 days of arrival the reservation is non-refundable.

Mountain Haus

Payment policy: Reservations require a deposit of the first nights’ room rate due at the time of booking to confirm your unit. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy: –

Reservations are non-refundable within 7 days of the arrival date. Cancellations 7 or more days prior to the arrival date will be refunded the deposit less 10% cancellation fee

Manor Vail 

Payment policy: Deposit amount listed in reservation is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy: – If the reservation is cancelled 30 or more days prior to the arrival date and the team room block hasn’t decreased more than 20% the deposit is refundable. If the team room block has dropped more than 20% of the rooms blocked off, the deposit is nonrefundable unless we can sell the room to another guest. Manor Vail is an extremely popular property so chances of reselling your room is high.Due to the fact we’ve received discounted rates and blocked off rooms for the team that only the team has access to, full payment must be received prior to 30 days of arrival and once within 30 days of arrival the reservation is non-refundable unless we can sell your room to another guest. If we are able to sell your room to another we’ll provide a full refund.

Evergreen Lodge

Payment policy: Reservations require a deposit of the first nights’ room rate due at the time of booking to confirm your unit. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to arrival date are subject to $10 Cancellation Fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours of arrival date, or no shows will result in full forfeiture.

CONDOS:

A deposit equal to one night lodging plus tax is required to guarantee a condo. Remaining balance will be charged to credit card on file within 7 days of arrival date. Reservations cancelled or modified more than 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged $100.00 per condo cancellation/modification fee. Cancellations of all OR a portion of the reservation made within 7 days of arrival date result in full forfeiture of reservation total. No-shows or early departures are subject to full forfeiture of reservation total.

Alamo 

For advance car reservations, order must be placed at least 48 hours prior to arrival and based on availability at the time of the reservation.

Full payment is required at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy: Fully refundable and changeable up until 48 hours prior to arrival. Once within 48 hours of arrival, we’ll try our best to accommodate your request but can’t guarantee a refund

The Sebastian Vail

Payment policy: Reservations require a deposit of $350 due at the time of booking to confirm your unit. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy: Reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund, less at $100 processing fee. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival all monies forfeited and the reservations is non-refundable.

Beaver Creek West

Payment policy: Reservations require a deposit of the first nights’ room rate due at the time of booking to confirm your unit. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy: 10% cancellation penalty until 30 days prior, within 30 days of arrival reservation is non-refundable.

Lions Square Lodge/Montaneros

Payment policy: Reservations require a deposit of first nights room rate due at time of booking to confirm your unit. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy: Forfeiture of one night lodging cost if cancelled 3 or more days prior to arrival, if cancelled within 3 days prior to arrival it’s non-refundable.

Vail International

Payment policy: Reservations require a deposit of first nights room rate due at time of booking to confirm your unit. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy: If cancelled prior to 14 days to arrival, all cancellations are subject to a $200 handling fee. All cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival subject to no refund unless re-rented.

British Airways Group Flights

Group flights are non-refundable once ticketed and purchased. Changes are allowed with a $175 change fee but the any difference in fare will apply.
