$50 deposit is due by November 26 at 1pm EST to secure your seat on the group Heros flight to Denver. Final payment and name as it appears on photo ID will be due by May 8th. 60 days prior to travel you'll receive an email which will allow you to make your final payment via the invoice. Also on that email there will be information on how to submit your name as it appears on photo ID and other information needed to secure the flights.
As long as the group doesn't drop more than 10% of the group space held, the $50 deposit is refundable. If the group needs to drop more than 10% of the seats held then (4 or more seats) then the $50 deposit is non-refundable. Once your final payment is received the flight is non-refundable but you have the option to perform a name change on the ticket up to 3 days prior to the flight for free.
