Final payment and name as it appears on photo ID will be due by May 1st. 60 days prior to travel you'll receive an email which will allow you to make your final payment via the invoice. Also on that email there will be information on how to submit your name as it appears on photo ID and other information needed to secure the flights.
Once your final payment is received the flight is non-refundable but you have the option to perform a name change on the ticket up to 3 days prior to the flight for free. If the trip must be cancelled due to COVID, Southwest has been offering credits for future flights.
