About LA Heat Lacrosse

The LA Heat is an elite showcase and training program developed exclusively for elite players from the greater Los Angeles area. We are an alliance of friends, peers, rivals and competitors all with the same goal… to provide the best lacrosse experience, coaching and recruiting opportunities to our clubs, and to give our players the tools they need to achieve their lacrosse dreams. On top of offering camps and other training opportunities, the LA Heat will bi-annually assemble field showcase teams.  The Heat program directors will select the field showcase teams prior to each season, so there is plenty of time between events for players to grow and prepare, and to keep or earn a spot on the roster!
