The Lodge at Vail

MadLax has set up a preferred room block at The Lodge at Vail for the Vail Lacrosse Tournament. An online booking link will be coming soon but here is the information to call in to make your reservation for now.

You may call the reservations department at 1-855-332-1601, select #1 to reach Colorado Resorts, and then option #4 for Vail.

Please share your group name (Vail Lacrosse 2023 – Madlax) and group code (BVLMAD23).

Here are the discounted room types we have within the room block at The Lodge at Vail:

Hotel room – Double Double $317 a night plus taxes/resort fee

Hotel room – Queen Queen $325 a night plus taxes/resort fee

Hotel room – King Deluxe $309 a night plus taxes/resort fee (1 rollaway bed allowed in King room based on availability)

1 bedroom condo – $552 a night plus taxes/resort fee

2 bedroom condo – $604 a night plus taxes/resort fee

Bedding varies in the 2 bedroom condos so please call the phone number above when making reservations to get information

Cancellation policy will be outlined out during the reservation process. 

$40 a night resort fee/$50 a night valet parking or park in the Vail Village garage for $25 a night
