Payment policy: Deposit amount listed during reservation process is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due by May 13, 2020.
Cancellation policy: If the reservation is cancelled prior to May 13, 2020 and the team room block hasn't decreased more than 20% ,the deposit is refundable. If the team has dropped more than 20% of the rooms blocked off, the deposit is nonrefundable. Due to the fact we've received discounted rates and blocked off rooms for the team that only the team has access to, full payment must be received by May 13, 2020 and the reservation is non-refundable unless we can sell your room to another guest. If we are able to sell your room to another we'll provide a full refund.
