Madlax Lacrosse – Vail Lacrosse Tournament
Madlax 2024 General Plan
Madlax 2024 players and parents are headed to VAIL for high level competition, fun and a lifetime lacosse memory!
Please book flights on own to depart on 6/17 after 3pm to be safe. You can return home after Championship on Wednesday but we will plan team events on Thursday and Friday so we hope you can stay until Saturday.
Madlax will rent two 15 Passenger Vans for the week to make it easier on parents. Players and parents are welcome to ride at no cost all week in case you don’t want to rent a car. We can’t fit everyone but coaches will drive the vans starting at DEN around 6pm local time arrival on Sunday. So, if you book a separate flight own, try to plan to arrive and depart DEN at a similar time. You can book your own cars also of course if you want. Once we get to Vail you will need to drive or get in the vans to fields which are in Avon/Beaver Creek about 15 minutes away for every game. We will use the vans to take players early to every game, store their equipment, and go to Minturn Saloon for a team dinner one night.
We hope everyone will stay at the Mountain Haus which we have strategically chosen for it’s ideal location right in Vail Village near the covered bridge. The rooming prices and options are great also for any size family traveling. Again, you can stay anywhere you like but the majority will likely be at Mountain Haus. It is always more fun for the boys if they are all staying together.
Please let our trip coordinator, Erik Tilley, know if you have any questions, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thanks & Go Madlax!
