Payment policy: Deposit amount listed in reservation is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy: – If the reservation is cancelled 30 or more days prior to the arrival date and the team room block hasn't decreased more than 20% the deposit is refundable. If the team room block has dropped more than 20% of the rooms blocked off, the deposit is nonrefundable unless we can sell the room to another guest. Manor Vail is an extremely popular property so chances of reselling your room is high.Due to the fact we've received discounted rates and blocked off rooms for the team that only the team has access to, full payment must be received prior to 30 days of arrival and once within 30 days of arrival the reservation is non-refundable unless we can sell your room to another guest. If we are able to sell your room to another we'll provide a full refund.
