Final payment and names as it appears on photo ID will be due by May 1st. After payment is made on your group flight with Redshirts Lacrosse you'll receive an email with a link where you'll fill out a form to provide the name/date of birth/gender information for each ticket you purchase with the team.
Once your final payment is received the flight is non-refundable but you have the option to perform a name change on the ticket up to 3 days prior to the flight for free. If the trip must be cancelled due to COVID, Southwest has been offering credits for future flights.
